We sell made-to-order furniture, restored vintage items, ready-to-ship pieces, interior design services, upholstery, curtain-making and soft furnishings.
Our store is hosted by Squarespace, and payment processing is provided by Stripe (and PayPal/Squarespace Payments if applicable).

5. Terms of Sale
By placing an order on our Site, you agree to these Terms.
5.1 Order Process
To place an order:

Confirm details
Complete payment
You will receive an Order Confirmation Email acknowledging your order.
This is not acceptance.
Order acceptance occurs when your item is dispatched, at which point a binding contract is formed. For made-to-order or bespoke items, order acceptance may occur when production begins, even if you have not yet received a dispatch notification.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:
A pricing or description error occurs
An item is out of stock
Payment cannot be authorised
The order appears to be fraudulent
You are purchasing as a reseller or distributor
If your order is cancelled, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any payment taken.
6. Product Types & Conditions
6.1 Made-to-Order Items (including bespoke furniture, made-to-measure curtains, upholstery)
Made-to-order items are handmade individually for you.
This means:
Lead times vary (see Shipping & Delivery Policy)
Slight variations may occur
These items are non-refundable unless faulty (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
6.2 Restored Vintage and Antique Items
Vintage and antique pieces may show age-related characteristics. These are considered part of their charm and are not considered faults.
6.3 Ready-to-Ship (stock) Items
These items are available for immediate dispatch.
They are eligible for cancellation/return under standard UK consumer law unless purchased in person or customised.
7. Pricing & Availability
Prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice.
Prices include VAT where applicable.
All items are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund.
8. Delivery
Delivery terms differ depending on the type of product and will be detailed at checkout. Large furniture orders include white-glove delivery to a UK mainland (England & Wales) ground-floor room unless stated otherwise.
You are responsible for ensuring that items can be delivered into your property, including checking doorways, stairwells, lifts and access routes. If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, any redelivery or return costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

9. Cancellation & Returns
9.1 Made-to-Order, Bespoke & Custom Items
These items are exempt from cancellation rights once production has begun under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (bespoke goods exemption).
They may only be returned if:
Faulty
Not as described, or
Damaged during delivery
Any faults or delivery damage must be reported to us within 48 hrs of delivery, in line with our Returns Policy.
9.2 Ready-to-Ship (stock)Items
You have 14 days from receipt to request a return, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
9.3 Restored Vintage and Antique Pieces
Returns for restored vintage and antique pieces are accepted only if the item is faulty or materially misdescribed.
Any faults or delivery damage must be reported within 48 hrs of delivery.

We reserve the right to correct any:

Inaccuracies
Omissions
Pricing mistakes
We may update information without prior notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our liability for:
death or personal injury caused by our negligence
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
any rights you are entitled to under UK consumer law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:
any losses that were not caused by our breach or negligence
any business losses (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, data or goodwill)
any indirect or consequential losses
delays or issues caused by third-party carriers, shipping partners, or suppliers once your order has left our workshop
We only supply products for domestic and private use. If you use our products for commercial or re-sale purposes, we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
12. General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder still applies.
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
